b. Non-receipt of product/service: If you have not received the product/service within the specified delivery period, you may be eligible for a full refund.

1.2. The following scenarios are NOT eligible for a refund:
a. Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases made in error or due to a change of mind.
b. Downloadable or digital products: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

2.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 14 days from the date of Shipment.
